Through this program, you can download free copies of Windows (client and server), Access, Visio, Project, Visual Studio Code, and SQL Server Management Studio, among other titles.
Microsoft has made software available to students, staff, and faculty through Azure Dev Tools for Teaching. This license allows you to download and install Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, Skype for Business) on up to five computers (Windows or macOS). Software for Home and Instructional Use Microsoft OfficeĮvery UW student, staff member, and faculty member has an Office 365 license. Students at the Information School have access to a wide variety of software for home, in the Information School labs, and in UW's CRC labs.
